Description

A delightful salad combining sweet Honeycrisp apples, tangy feta cheese, and crunchy walnuts, perfect for fall.


Ingredients

  • 2 Honeycrisp apples, cored and thinly sliced
  • 4 oz feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 4 cups mixed greens
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp honey
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine mixed greens, sliced apples, crumbled feta, walnuts, and dried cranberries.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, apple cider vinegar, and honey.
  3. Pour the dressing over the salad.
