- 1 large apple, peeled and finely diced
- 1/2 cup rolled oats or almond flour
- 1/4 cup maple syrup or honey
- 1 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

- 1 tsp baking powder
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×9-inch baking dish.
- In a bowl, whisk together the cottage cheese, eggs, maple syrup, and vanilla until well mixed.
- Stir in the rolled oats (or almond flour), ground cinnamon, and baking powder.
- Carefully fold in the diced apples until evenly distributed.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it out evenly.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Allow it to cool slightly before slicing and serving.
