Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup softened cream cheese
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup fresh spinach leaves
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley (optional)
- Olive oil for cooking
Instructions
- Mix the cooked chicken, mozzarella, cream cheese, sour cream, garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Lay tortillas flat. Spread the filling and add spinach and tomatoes. Sprinkle parsley if using.
- Roll tortillas tightly and cook seam-side down in a skillet with olive oil over medium heat for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden.
- Slice the wraps in half and enjoy warm.
Notes
Use pre-cooked chicken to save time. Don’t overfill the tortillas for easier rolling.
