Description

Quick and flavorful wraps filled with cheesy shredded chicken, perfect for busy weeknights.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup softened cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup fresh spinach leaves
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley (optional)
  • Olive oil for cooking

Instructions

  1. Mix the cooked chicken, mozzarella, cream cheese, sour cream, garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  2. Lay tortillas flat. Spread the filling and add spinach and tomatoes. Sprinkle parsley if using.
  3. Roll tortillas tightly and cook seam-side down in a skillet with olive oil over medium heat for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden.
  4. Slice the wraps in half and enjoy warm.

Notes

Use pre-cooked chicken to save time. Don’t overfill the tortillas for easier rolling.
