Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the crab meat and mixed vegetables.
- In a separate small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.

- Serve the salad on a bed of lettuce leaves.
Notes
For extra crunch, add diced apples or grapes. Use fresh crab meat for the best flavor, but canned crab meat works well too.
