Description

A refreshing Cucumber Dill Salad that’s perfect for warm days or as a light side. Crisp cucumbers and vibrant dill make it a flavor-packed addition to any meal.


Ingredients

  • 2 Cucumbers
  • 1/4 cup Fresh dill
  • 1/2 Red onion
  • 1/4 cup Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Pepper

Instructions

  1. Thinly slice the cucumbers and red onion.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cucumbers, dill, and onion.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour the dressing over the cucumber mixture and toss to combine.
