- 2 Cucumbers
- 1/4 cup Fresh dill
- 1/2 Red onion
- 1/4 cup Olive oil
- 2 tablespoons Vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Pepper
Instructions
- Thinly slice the cucumbers and red onion.
- In a large bowl, combine the cucumbers, dill, and onion.
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the cucumber mixture and toss to combine.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
