- 1 bag Doritos
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 cup lettuce, shredded
- 1 cup tomatoes, diced
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup salsa
- 1/4 cup green onions, sliced
Instructions
- Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned; drain fat.
- Add taco seasoning and water as per package instructions, stir to combine and simmer.
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and shredded cheese.
- Add the cooked meat to the salad mix and toss to combine.
- Crush Doritos and add them to the salad.
- Serve topped with sour cream, salsa, and green onions.
Notes
