Description

A fun and easy dish perfect for any occasion, combining the crunch of Doritos, seasoned beef, and fresh vegetables.


Ingredients

  • 1 bag Doritos
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 cup lettuce, shredded
  • 1 cup tomatoes, diced
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup salsa
  • 1/4 cup green onions, sliced

Instructions

  1. Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned; drain fat.
  2. Add taco seasoning and water as per package instructions, stir to combine and simmer.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and shredded cheese.
  4. Add the cooked meat to the salad mix and toss to combine.
  5. Crush Doritos and add them to the salad.
  6. Serve topped with sour cream, salsa, and green onions.

Notes

For extra flavor, add more spices to the beef. Use various toppings to customize the salad.
