- 2 chicken breasts
- 8 ounces egg noodles
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup chicken broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Season the chicken with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Cook for 6-7 minutes on each side until cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add 2 tablespoons of butter and minced garlic. Sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add chicken broth and bring to a simmer. Stir in egg noodles and cook until tender, according to package instructions.
- Slice the cooked chicken and return it to the skillet. Mix with the noodles and adjust seasoning if needed.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
Notes
For tender chicken, don’t overcook it. Adjust the seasoning at the end for the best flavor.
