Description

Delicious, chocolatey Flourless Brownies are a simple gluten-free treat made with ripe bananas and peanut butter.


Ingredients

  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, mash the bananas until smooth.
  3. Add the peanut butter and cocoa powder to the mashed bananas, and mix until combined.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the brownies are set.

Notes

For best results, use very ripe bananas and natural peanut butter. Store in an airtight container.
