Ingredients

- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
- 1/2 cup grapes, halved
- 1/4 cup diced celery
- 1/4 cup diced bell pepper
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Greens or low carb crunchy veggies for serving
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine cottage cheese, shredded chicken, grapes, celery, bell pepper, and Dijon mustard.
- Mix well until combined.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve over greens, in a sandwich, or in a wrap.

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Stir well before serving again.
