Description

A delicious and healthy salad packed with protein from cottage cheese and chicken, perfect for a quick lunch or dinner.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1/2 cup grapes, halved
  • 1/4 cup diced celery
  • 1/4 cup diced bell pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Greens or low carb crunchy veggies for serving

Instructions
