Description

Ingredients

  • Flour tortillas
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Preheat oil in a deep pan over medium heat.
  2. Using a large round cutter or a bowl, cut tortillas into a circular shape if desired.
  3. Once oil is hot, carefully add the tortilla and fry until golden and crispy, about 1-2 minutes per side.
  4. Remove from oil and drain on paper towels.
