Description

A fun twist on a classic burger, these quesadillas pack all the flavors you love in a burger and are quick to make.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Garlic powder (to season)
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar or American cheese
  • Optional: pickles, diced onions, burger sauce for serving

Instructions

  1. Heat a skillet or griddle over medium-high heat.
  2. Take a handful of ground beef and press it onto one half of each tortilla. Season the beef with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. Cook the beef for about 2–3 minutes until browned.
  4. Flip the tortilla, sprinkle cheese on top, and fold it in half.
  5. Grill both sides until crispy and the cheese melts.
  6. Slice them up and enjoy!

Notes

For best results, ensure your skillet is hot before cooking. Don’t overcrowd the pan. Consider adding more cheese for extra melty goodness.
