- 1 lb ground beef
- Salt
- Pepper
- Garlic powder (to season)
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cheddar or American cheese
- Optional: pickles, diced onions, burger sauce for serving
Instructions
- Heat a skillet or griddle over medium-high heat.
- Take a handful of ground beef and press it onto one half of each tortilla. Season the beef with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Cook the beef for about 2–3 minutes until browned.
- Flip the tortilla, sprinkle cheese on top, and fold it in half.
- Grill both sides until crispy and the cheese melts.
- Slice them up and enjoy!
Notes
For best results, ensure your skillet is hot before cooking. Don’t overcrowd the pan. Consider adding more cheese for extra melty goodness.
